ACCOMMODATION
The Sheraton Montreal is offering a preferred rate for Hudson Bay Summit participants of $179/room. We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible since space at this rate is limited. All booking under this rate must be completed by Jan 31, 2018.
TRAVEL
We are working to make the Summit as affordable as possible for northerners. A 30% discount is available from Air Inuit (promo code provided on registration), other airfare discounts are being confirmed, and travel support is available on a limited basis, with priority given to individuals that are not affiliated with organizations or that can otherwise access support. Many of the meals (breakfasts, lunches and a banquet) are included in the registration fee, which is free for northerners without organizational support. The deadline for travel support requests has been extended to Jan 17th, 2017, contact us with details of your travel needs or register now so we can evaluate the need for support and allocate funding in an equitable manner for each region.
